If your bin is scheduled to be collected on Tuesday, we'll start collections from 6am. This is due to the hot weather and our commitment to the safety of the teams. Leave your bins out the night before or no later than 6am on the collection day.

Cancel a bin order

You may want to cancel a bin order if you no longer need a new or replacement one.

To be entitled to a full refund you will have to cancel the order before the bin has been delivered.

Receiving a refund

If you have cancelled in time, we will refund the full cost of the bin to your original payment method within 10 working days.

If the bin has already been delivered

If the bin has already been delivered, you will need to request that the bin is removed instead.

If the bin you ordered has arrived but is incorrect, report an issue with a bin delivery.
