If your bin is scheduled to be collected on Tuesday, we'll start collections from 6am. This is due to the hot weather and our commitment to the safety of the teams. Leave your bins out the night before or no later than 6am on the collection day.

Resolving disputes

You have several options for resolving disputes with us:

You can use our complaints policy-our Garden Waste Team will do their best to resolve any problems you have with us or our Service as per our Complaints policy.

You can also go to court- these terms are governed by English law and wherever you live you can bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We can claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.
