If your missed collection is listed below, we are already aware of it and you do not need to report it to us separately.

Wednesday 24 December -

You're paper & cardboard recycling and mixed recycling may be collected at different times today as we have two separate crews working. You do not need to report a miss if one has not yet been cleared.

Blocked Access

Our crews will do their best to reattempt your collection. Leave containers presented and keep access clear for our vehicles.
