Replace a lost or damaged school bus pass

You can request a replacement bus pass online. It costs £13.

Your school may give you a temporary 5-day bus pass for free while you wait to get your replacement pass. Contact your school's reception to request a pass.

You'll need:

• your child's bus pass number - this is a 6 digit number you can find on emails or letters from us
• a credit or debit card
