7. Review Process
7.1.
An annual review of the Protocol will take place for a period of at least 6 weeks between 1 January and 30 April of each school year.
7.2.
The consultation will be highlighted in Schools Bulletin and at the meetings of the Fair Access Board.
7.3.
If most schools in Buckinghamshire request an earlier review of the Protocol the request must be made in writing to the Admissions and Transport Manager and/or Education Entitlement Manager. The Admissions and Transport Manager and Education Entitlement Manager will then undertake a review of the Protocol.
7.4.
The existing Fair Access Protocol will remain binding on all schools in the local area until the point at which a new one is adopted.
