At the Watford UTC, students in year 10 and 11 study computer science or travel and tourism and events management along with the core GCSE subjects.

In addition, students study for a range of industry recognised qualifications from Cisco, Palo Alto and Open University.

The Watford UTC is sponsored by the University of Hertfordshire and work in partnership with many businesses including Fujitsu, Hilton Worldwide, Fortnum and Mason, The Grove, Twin Technology and Bland to Brand. The sponsors and partners are represented on the governing body and work closely with the school and the students.

Watford UTC is located off Radlett Road in Watford, a short walk from Watford Junction train station and the town centre.

Admissions are open for September 2021 with regular information events held for prospective students to tour the school and meet the Principal. Information relating to admissions to year 10 and year 12 are available at these events, on the website or by contacting the school directly.
