How we consider your comments on planning applications

The general public are not expected to be planning experts, so just tell us what you think the main issues are when making comments.

It is for the planning officer to decide if the issues raised are “material considerations” or not.

They will then list the material considerations and test them against the relevant polices in a report, concluding in a recommendation.
