If your application is unsuccessful we will:
- write to you and explain why
- give you details about the next stage of the process
Applying again
An unsuccessful application does not stop you from making another application in the future.
You can apply again after 6 months if your condition changes. You will need to supply new evidence to support your application.
How to request a review
If you do not agree with our decision and you have further evidence to support your application, you can request a review by writing to:

Once we've received your request, we will send a review acknowledgement that outlines the next steps.
You must make your request for a review within 28 days of us refusing your application.
