8. Grants panel

8.1. For complex cases or those subject to appeal, applications for assistance will be considered by the council’s grants panel. This panel will consist of the relevant case officer and relevant officers from other services. Where relevant the panel may also include a representative from the council Occupational Therapy service and/or other services.
