Affordable Housing Enabling Grant Fund Scheme

In line with Buckinghamshire Council’s Housing Strategy to deliver 500+ new affordable homes annually, we are seeking to utilise funds accrued through the planning system to ‘fill the gaps’ for those cohorts where the market is unable to accommodate their requirements, by inviting organisations to bid for this funding to enable innovative housing projects.

If you wish to request further information or view the full prospectus, which contains our objectives, requirements and the full application process, please email [email protected].

The initial bid round is expected to run until 30 May 2025.
