Buckinghamshire Council Land Drainage Enforcement Policy

This policy will be reviewed whenever there is a significant change in legislation, national or local policy, or otherwise when the Strategic Flood Management Team deem necessary and the contents of the policy may not definitively detail all courses of action available to the council.
