We must keep public areas like parks, playgrounds and pavements clear of dog mess. Dog mess is unpleasant and can cause illness in humans.

It is an offence for a person in control of a dog not to clean up immediately if the dog has fouled on public land. 

If you repeatedly see somebody who does not clean up after their dog, you may want to report it to us.
