Report a missed bin collection

If your bin has been missed, the quickest way to tell us is online.

Once submitted, your online report will be immediately passed to the collection crew to rearrange your collection. You will need to leave your bin out for when our collection crews return. This is usually within 24 hours.

Before reporting a missed bin you should check when your collection was due.

If you live in the former Chiltern, South Bucks or Wycombe district areas you should also check for reported bin collection issues.

If you've already reported a missed collection, you:

• do not need to report it again
• should leave your bins out so we can collect them over the coming week

You should report a missed collection to us online within 24 hours of your scheduled collection day.
