Report a missed bin collection
The quickest way to report a missed bin is by telling us online.
1. Check for known problems
Before you start, you should check our list of missed roads.
If we're aware that your road was missed, you do not need to report it.
2. Report online
Report your missed collection between 6pm on the day of your collection and midnight the following day.
If your collection is on a Friday, you have until Monday to let us know.
If you've already reported it, you do not need to report it again. Leave your bins out so we can collect them over the coming week.
After you've reported it
If you've reported it within 24 hours of your usual collection, we'll aim to return within 2 working days.
Make sure you leave your bin out for collection.
If your waste is repeatedly missed
You should tell us if your waste is repeatedly missed.
