Report a missed bin collection
Use this service if your household bin was not collected on its scheduled collection day.
1. Check for known problems
Before you start, check the roads with missed or delayed collections.
If your road is listed, you do not need to report the missed collection.
2. Report a missed collection
Report your missed collection between 6pm on your collection day and midnight the following day.
If your collection is on a Friday, you have until Monday to report it.
If you've already reported it, do not report it again. Leave your bin out so we can collect it.
What happens next
If you report a missed collection within 24 hours, we aim to return within 2 working days.
Leave your bin out until it has been collected.
If your waste is repeatedly missed
If your bin has been missed more than once, you can report repeated missed collections.
