Our vision and key priorities for 2020 to 2023 are outlined in our corporate plan.

Strategic priorities

Each year our service departments develop a 'strategic directorate priorities document' with their Cabinet Portfolio Holders.

The documents set out how:

  • our services will contribute to the corporate plan priorities
  • success or impact will be measured over the course of a year

Annual report
