If there is an emergency and it's not a matter for the emergency services (999), then you can call us in office hours or out of hours.

In office hours

Office hours are:

  • Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5:30pm
  • Friday, 9am to 5pm

We are not open on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Flooding, roads and pavements

To report flooding or a problem with roads or pavements that is unsafe and needs urgent action call 01296 382 416.

Concerns about a child or adult

Report urgent safeguarding concerns about a child to: 01296 383 962

Report urgent safeguarding concerns about an adult to: 0800 137 915

Housing emergencies

Our duty homelessness officers are available at our Aylesbury and Wycombe offices:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9am to 3:30pm
  • Friday: 9am to 3pm

Outside of these times, you should either:

  • contact your housing officer, if you have one
  • call us on 01296 585 168 (inside our office hours)
  • email [email protected]

Out of hours

Call out of hours for emergencies happening:

  • in the evening on Monday to Thursday between 5:30pm and 9am
  • in the evening on Fridays from 5pm to 9am
  • on weekends
  • on Bank Holidays

Call 0300 131 6000 for emergencies out of hours.
