Managing unreasonable and unacceptable behaviour
We will treat you politely and with respect. We expect you to treat our staff in the same way. We will not tolerate behaviour that is abusive, deceitful, threatening, or violent.
Occasionally, service users act in an abusive, unreasonably persistent, or vexatious manner. When this happens, we follow guidelines from our Vexatious and Persistent Complainants Policy.
