If your bin is scheduled to be collected on Tuesday, we'll start collections from 6am. This is due to the hot weather and our commitment to the safety of the teams. Leave your bins out the night before or no later than 6am on the collection day.

You may have an old bin that needs to be removed if:

we have delivered new bins to you but have not collected the old damaged ones
there are additional bins left behind by previous residents
a bin has turned up on your street and it's not allocated to a house

What happens next

Once you've submitted your request, we will collect the bin within 10 working days.

You will need to leave the old bin at the boundary of your property ready for collection.
