If your bin is scheduled to be collected on Tuesday, we'll start collections from 6am. This is due to the hot weather and our commitment to the safety of the teams. Leave your bins out the night before or no later than 6am on the collection day.

Report an issue with a bin order

Use this service to report:

an issue with the bin that we've delivered to you (if it's different to the type or size you ordered)
that your bin was not delivered within 10 working days as expected
