Request an additional garden waste bin or sack

Request an additional garden waste bin or sack if you're already subscribed to our garden waste service.

This service costs £59.

To request an additional bin, you can:

• wait until your first bin is near the expiry date and sign up for all bins at the same time
• call Customer Services on 0300 131 6000 to make payment (you may not get a full year's service as we cannot pro-rata additional bin requests)

Once you have signed up and paid for the service, we'll send you:

• your additional garden waste bin
• a subscription sticker displaying your address to attach to your bin

Our garden waste collection service operates fortnightly. We suspend the service between December and January.
