Severe Weather Emergency Provision

The weather is exceptionally hot. For guidance on what to do if you see someone sleeping on the streets of Buckinghamshire see Severe Weather Emergency Provision (SWEP).

Due to the anticipated hot weather bin collections will now commence earlier

Due to the hot weather and our commitment to the safety of our collection crews, all bin collections will now take place from 6am on Thursday 10th July and Friday 11th July. Leave your bins out the night before or no later than 6am on your collection day.

Dispose of business or charity waste and recycling

Overview

Commercial waste and recycling is any waste produced by:

  • businesses (or any part of your home used for business activity)
  • charities
  • construction and demolition work
  • industry
  • agriculture
  • schools
  • places of worship
  • clubs and societies

Every business and charity that produces waste in the UK has a legal ‘duty of care’ to:

  • manage it properly until it's recycled or disposed of
  • always use a registered waste carrier or register to carry your own waste
  • keep the correct paperwork for at least 2 years

Our collection service

We offer a paid collection of business or charity waste.
