Request a refund for waste services

To cancel a service or bin that you've paid for, a refund will be considered as part of your cancellation request. You do not need to submit a refund request as well.

What happens next

Once you've submitted your request, we will consider the reasons for a refund and respond to you within 10 working days.

This will be to tell you that we've either:

  • accepted your request and advising when you can expect the refund to arrive in your account
  • rejected your request and explain the reason why
