Apply for a middle school place (year 5)
If you would like to apply for an out-of-county middle school (if you live in Buckinghamshire) and your child is due to move up to Year 5 in September 2025, you can apply online.

You will need to apply online to any of the following schools:

- Gilbert Inglefield School
- Leighton Middle School
- Linslade School
Ampthill schools
- Alameda Middle School
Windsor schools
- Dedworth Middle School
- St Edwards Royal Free Middle School
- Trevelyan Middle School
- St Peter's CE Middle School
The closing dates for applications are:

What happens next
If you applied to a Windsor school
We'll email you an offer in March 2025.
If you make a late application (between 1 November 2024 and 3 March 2025) we'll send you an offer at the end of April 2025.
If you applied to a Leighton Buzzard or Ampthill school
We'll email you an offer on 16 April 2025.
If you make a late application (between 16 January and 16 April 2025) we'll send you an offer on 23 May 2025.
