Request for a planning enforcement notice to be withdrawn

If you have complied with the requirements of any formal action taken by the council, you can apply to have the formal notice withdrawn from the register.

The fee for this service is £309.

To request this service you will need to:

• pay the £309 using our online payment form
• email confirmation of your payment as well as an explanation for withdrawal to [email protected] with 'Enforcement notice withdrawal service' in the subject line

After you've made your request we will either:

• confirm that the notice can be withdrawn and supply a formal withdrawal letter
• explain why the notice is not being withdrawn
