Public inquiry: Orchard Herbs, Lake End Road, Dorney
On 10 September 2024, the Planning Inspectorate will start its public inquiry into the linked enforcement and planning application with all matters reserved for the appeals against the enforcement notice. The enforcement notice alleges that the use of the land at Orchard Herbs was changed without permission from agricultural to mixed use.
The planning application is for a Certificate of Lawfulness for existing use as a builders yard and storage of commercial vehicles, equipment and building materials.
The application will be determined by an Inspector on behalf of the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.
