Public Inquiry: Beeches Park

On 24 February 2026, the Planning Inspectorate will start its public inquiry into the application for outline planning permission for the erection of:

• residential dwellings (Use Class C3)
• elderly or extra care and/or later living accommodation (Use Class C2 and C3)
• mobility hubs and a community building (Use Class F2)

This will include public open space, means of vehicular access into the site (not internal roads) and associated infrastructure (with access being considered at a later stage).

The application will be determined by an Inspector on behalf of the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.
