• general storage and distribution
• the storage and parking of commercial vehicles, the storage and distribution of plant and machinery, and the storage, siting and use of containers and temporary modular buildings, not in association with the agricultural use of the Land cumulatively known as the 'unauthorised mixed use'
• the siting of associated paraphernalia, items, equipment and vehicles, not in association with the agricultural use of the Land, and the carrying out of operational development to facilitate this unauthorised material change of use, namely:

• the erection of lighting
• the installation of CCTV cameras
