Article 4 Direction: Chiltern View Nurseries

Two Article 4 Directions have been issued on Land at Chiltern View Nurseries in Aylesbury. The directions were confirmed on 8 August 2023.

The Article 4 Directions shows:

An Article 4 Direction limits the works that can be carried out without needing planning permission from the council.

Often some work can be done without needing to speak to the council, such as minor alterations to a house. This is called 'permitted development'.

An Article 4 Direction removes these 'permitted development' rights and allows the council to establish further control over development.
