Make a taxi or private hire complaint
You can make a make a complaint about a taxi or private hire driver or vehicle if:
- they are driving dangerously or breaking the speed limit
 - they use aggressive, intimidating or sexually inappropriate behaviour
 - you are charged incorrectly for your taxi fare
 - there are problems with the quality of vehicle
 - the vehicle is parked inconsiderately or dangerously
 - you experienced discrimination
 
Before you begin
When making a complaint or giving feedback, try to provide one or more of the following:
- the taxi’s licence plate number
 - the driver’s licence number (normally shown on their badge)
 - time, date and location of the incident
