Report fly-posting

Use this service to report unauthorised advertisements displayed on public property.

Fly-posting can include signs, posters, flyers and stickers.

Before reporting, try to record:

• the location
• what has been displayed
• photographs, if it is safe to do so

Fly-posting is the display of advertisements on public or private property without permission.

These advertisements can cause obstructions, distractions and nuisance for road users and pedestrians.

Fly-posting is a criminal offence. The council can investigate reports and issue Fixed Penalty Notices to those responsible.
