How we'll keep you updated

After we've assessed the issue, we'll update the online report and send you an email.

Annual summer clearance

If you wish to raise an issue regarding clearance (excluding arable crops), you can check to see if the path is already on the schedule for summer clearance by selecting the route from the map.

Paths with scheduled annual clearance will be denoted with green triangles:

Green arrows signifying a path is scheduled for annual clearance

This means that work has already been identified for vegetation clearance in the next few weeks and it isn’t necessary to add a further issue. You should continue to raise an issue for overgrowth on any paths that haven’t already been listed on the schedule.

How we manage issues

With over 3000kms of rights of way in Buckinghamshire, it's necessary to prioritise the issues reported to us.

You can see the target time scales for dealing with issues in our management matrix.

Items reported on our previous system (CAMS)

We now use Fix My Street to log all reports about rights of way. You can still use the CAMS system to check for previously reported items.
