Check what supporting documents and drawings to send with your application

The requirements we have will vary depending on your development, however, we usually require:

Location Plans
Site Plans
Block Plans
swept-path analyses (showing the largest required vehicle entering the site and leaving in a forward gear)
Travel Plans
proposed mitigation measures
Construction Management Plans

You may also need to give us a Technical Note, Transport Statement or Assessment. This is not usually required for smaller developments. You can use our Pre-Application Advice Service if you are unsure.
