Tell us your views on Public Space Protection Orders

PSPOs are intended to deal with a particular nuisance or problem in a specific area that is detrimental to the local community’s quality of life. The PSPO imposes conditions on the use of that area which apply to everyone. The four areas currently under consultation are:

Those who wish to take part in the consultation should access the individual link for the area they would like to comment on.

Steve Bowles, Cabinet Member for Communities said: “These consultations are an opportunity for anyone who has an interest in any of these areas to say if they would like the PSPOs to remain in place or not. Tackling anti-social behaviour continues to be a high priority for the council and our partners. It is important to us that people are given the opportunity to comment and so I would encourage anyone with an interest to take just a few minutes to take part in the consultation.”

The consultations are open until Monday 28 November.
