Change in service provider for Community Equipment Services
Effective from 1st August 2025, services currently delivered by NRS Healthcare on behalf of Buckinghamshire Council and the NHS in Buckinghamshire will be changing.
Millbrook Healthcare will take over the provision of equipment and technology-enabled care, while Essity will be responsible for delivering continence products.
This transition is being carefully managed to ensure residents can continue to access these essential services.
What you need to know:
- If you receive equipment or technology enabled care, you do not need to do anything unless you need this to be repaired. In this case, please call Millbrook Healthcare on 01296 840317 (open 24 hours a day).
- If you receive continence products and are due your next delivery, please call the Buckinghamshire Council Customer Service Centre on 01296 383204 so that we can make sure that everything is in place for you. Alternatively, you can place an order online.
