Replacing a library card
It costs £3 to replace your library card if it's lost, destroyed or damaged. If your card has been stolen you can get a free replacement if you bring your crime reference number with you to the library.
You can report a lost, destroyed or damaged card by:
- phoning us on 01296 382 415
- emailing us at [email protected]
- asking a member of staff or volunteer at a library
You will need to visit a library with your ID to get a new card.
