Terms and Conditions of Library Flex Membership
Library Flex allows participating libraries in Buckinghamshire to stay open longer, and enables customers to use library services without staff being present during quieter times. Library staff will then be available to offer assistance and answer enquiries at busier times.
To access Library Flex, you must register for the service.
By registering for Library Flex, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions below. You must also continue to comply with the general terms of your library membership, and to the library bye-laws. Failure to adhere to the Library Flex terms and conditions, or the general terms of your library membership or the library byelaws may result in your membership of Library Flex being withdrawn.
The Library Flex Terms and Conditions are:
- membership of Library Flex is at the discretion of Buckinghamshire Libraries and may be withdrawn at any time for any reason
