8. Replacement of facilities and specialist equipment

The Council will only consider replacing damaged, broken, or worn-out facilities and/or equipment under a DFG if it:

  • Cannot be repaired.
  • Has not been wilfully damaged.
  • Still meets the needs of the applicant.
  • Has been annually serviced and/or maintained, where applicable, and the warranty period has expired.
