Immigration inspections
Persons wishing to enter the UK may be required to provide a report on housing conditions to accompany their application. This is a service that we no longer provide.
The purpose of the inspection is to ensure that the property meets the minimum statutory housing standards. This includes the general condition of the property as well as determining whether additional person(s) living in it will make it overcrowded.
Below are the details of some companies who we have been informed provide this service. We are not endorsing any company and suggest that you also do your own searches to find companies who provide the service you need. Our service did operate on a 6 week turn around, whereas some of these providers may be able to do the inspection within 24 hours.
