Public register of Houses in multiple occupation (HMOs)
We are required by law to maintain a public register of all premises in the area licensed as HMOs. The register contains the following details:
- address of the licence holder
- the name and address of the person managing the property
- the licence expiry date
- full details about the property
You can use view the registers to check if a property has a HMO licence:
