We can help owners of empty properties bring them back into use.

If you have any empty home, you can:

• contact us for advice on how to rent out the property
• view our advice for landlords and letting agents

We have a register of empty homes in Buckinghamshire, but we do not make it available to the public so that we can prevent potential crime.

This exemption is explained in the Freedom of Information Act.

If you’ve found an empty property and want to develop it, you may be able to contact the owner using details held by the Land Registry. There is a charge for this service.

The council cannot share any information it may hold about property owners or other interested parties.

If your property is empty you may be eligible for a Council Tax discount or exemption. Find out who is eligible and how to apply.
