Request a common land and village green search

A search of the common land and town and village green registers will identify if land you are interested in is affected by any registrations.

You will need to:

• pay the £15 fee
• supply a copy of a plan (map) with the land you are interested in marked in red with your application.

Searches are normally completed within 3 working days.

If your land is affected by common land or a green you will be given the reference number of the common land or green as it appears on the register.
