Order an extract of the common land and village green register

These Registers show all the registered common land and town or village greens in Buckinghamshire.

You may want to order an extract of this statutory document, for example as a landowner or conveyancer.

An extract of the register will include:

• a description of the land and its boundaries
• who has rights to use it and what these rights are
• who owns the land (or who owned it when it was first registered)
• a copy of the register map

Before you place an order, you'll need:

• the common land or village green number for the land you're interested in
• to read our online terms and conditions
