Improvements to public spaces and pride and ownership of place
We're improving the public spaces in Turnpike, including the surfaces outside the shops.
Anti-social behaviour
We're working with other services to reduce illegal parking and nuisance vehicles in the area.
We're identifying areas that have vehicles breaking the speed limit and reviewing the best options to reduce this.
Support for the socially isolated and most vulnerable residents
We'll be working with registered social landlords to visit the sheltered accommodation sites to speak with residents and understand their needs and gaps in local provision. After this, we may arrange advice sessions at the accommodation. This would bring agencies directly to residents.
