Opportunity Bucks

Whilst many of our communities continue to thrive, we know that some areas are facing significant challenges.

Opportunity Bucks is an innovative place‑based partnership programme created to address these inequalities. It focuses support where it is needed the most.

We're aiming to work together with local partners and communities to:

• improve opportunities
• tackle priority issues
• make a meaningful difference to the lives and outcomes of our residents

The programme focuses on 14 wards, across 3 areas where people are experiencing the most hardship. Our ward partnerships work with the communities to bring about improvements to their local areas:
