Make changes to a scrap metal dealer licence
If you have an existing scrap metal dealer licence, you can apply to change:
- a site licence to a collector's licence
- a collector's licence to a site licence
- the name of the licence holder, site name or site manager on a site licence
- the name of the licence holder on a collector's licence
You cannot transfer the licence to another person.
