Marlow Bridge is an iconic Grade 1 listed structure, built in 1832, spanning the River Thames between Marlow and Bisham. Over time it has suffered from wear and tear, with the last major works completed between 1965 and 1966.

On 4 October at the Bucks Local History Network Conference, the Buckinghamshire Archaeological Society (BAS) presented the 2025 bi-annual Archaeology Prize. The BAS Prize is open to any individual, local societies, public bodies and commercial organisations who have done or supported archaeological or historical work within the old county boundary of Buckinghamshire.
