12. Infrastructure Funding Statement

The Infrastructure Funding Statement (PDF, 370 KB) is a requirement of the Community Infrastructure Levy (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2019 No. 1103 that came into force on 1 September 2019.

It sets out details of developer contribution receipts and types of infrastructure and projects that may be funded by the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and from Section 106 contributions.
