We are able to provide printed copies of planning documents for a fee, depending on the size of the document.

| Copies of Section 38 (Highways Act 1980), Section 278 (Highways Act 1980) and Section 106 (Town & Country Planning Act 1990) agreements to solicitors acting on behalf of clients buying or selling property | £15 |
