Apply for a vehicle permit for High Wycombe Town Centre
High Wycombe Town Centre has traffic restrictions that stop general traffic from accessing the town centre to help:
- minimise congestion
- improve safety and accessibility for pedestrians
Type and location of restrictions
The following areas are pedestrian zones with no waiting or loading at any time:
- Church Street
- Queens Square
- High Street
- White Hart Street
Apply for a permit
If travelling through the pedestrian zone is the only available route to your home or business, you can apply for a free permit to access your private off-street parking
The permit allows access for:
- residents at all times
- businesses between 6am and 10:30am and 3:30pm to 6pm, 7 days a week
If accepted, the permit will allow access through the pedestrian zone to where your off-street parking is. The permit does not allow you to stop or park in the High Wycombe town centre pedestrian zones or access any other pedestrian zone in the county.
