Replace a lost, stolen or damaged bus pass
You can order a replacement bus pass if yours is lost, damaged or stolen.
This service costs £15.
You'll need to provide an 8-digit reference number . Use your date of birth in the following format: DDMMYYYY.
After you've placed your order
We'll deactivate your current pass and you'll no longer be able to use it until your new one arrives.
We'll deliver your replacement within 7 to 10 days of receiving your payment.
If your pass was stolen and you have a crime number from the police, email it to [email protected] and include your name and address.
Refunds
We do not give refunds if old passes are later found, as these cannot be reactivated.
