Renew an older person's bus pass
You can renew your bus pass if it's:
- due to expire within the next 90 days
- expired less than 180 days
If your bus pass has expired more than 180 days, you'll need to contact us.
How to renew
You'll need:
- your existing bus pass
- your National Insurance number
- an email address (if renewing online)
If you've moved since your last bus pass you'll need to send us proof of your new address to [email protected].
We can accept the following proof of address:
- Council Tax bill for the current year, valid photocard driving licence.
- Benefit award letter from the DWP, award letter from the Service Personnel and Veterans Agency, housing (or other) benefit award letter, pensions letter from the pensions service, all dated within the last 12 months.
- Utility bills and bank statements dated within the last 3 months.
We cannot accept any other form of proof of address.
